Its been a while...

I feel like I have been in hibernation, having no Wifi has really had me going crazy!! but I'm back thanks to a lovely lad called Scott from Sky, my Wifi is officially back on so I can finally start updating my blog!!

So the 411: Milena is totally addicted to her dummy, my house is more peaceful than ever and there is a chance that i won't have saggy boobs once my breast feeding days are over, seeing as she is only breast-feeding 3 times a day now and she isn't stuck to my breast anymore!!! I can't lie it is a bit of relief not having to take my boob out at any given moment to comfort her and the fact that i haven't had to wear breast pads just makes me feel like one day i can be normal again!!! Also the fact that i just have to lay her down and give her a dummy and a blanket, or lie next to her is such a relief, before she would only go to sleep on the boob or I would have to rock her to sleep and hear her cry for a bit before she finally drifted off (migraine on 100)!!!

I have introduced a night bottle, i tried this a few months ago and it epically failed, as i have told you all before Milena likes to wake up numerous times a night and when she was comfort feeding she could easily wake up every 1.5hours and comfort suck for like half an hour (jarring) which left me very irritable and extremely tired throughout the day!!! On Sunday, i was Like " she took the dummy, its plastic maybe she will take the bottle, let me try this again" and i got Milena ready and popped done to our local tescos and bought the already made bottles of which we are now on stage 2! I put a bit of porridge in it to make it sweeter and she loves a porridge don't she!!!! so i thought it might make her take it! I only poured 3 ounces and it was a little bit of a fight to get it in her mouth, but once she started sucking she did not stop! I did 2 things differently to when i tried the first time, firstly i didn't give her this bottle as her last feed because after her bath she is very tired and irritable, so all she wants is her boob or the dummy!!! So Milena will wake up from her last nap at 5.30 I will give her dinner at 6 and i bath her at 7 and she will be in bed by like 7.30-8. So basically I gave her the bottle at like 6.30 and put her in her bath at like 7.30 so the milk settled! That night she slept from 8-1 and then breast fed and slept 1-4 and woke up at 6.30 breast fed and was up at 7.30!!! I don't remember the last time i had slept so good!!! Today I have put her to bed at 7.30 and she had 5ounces after dinner and each day its less of a fight to give it to her and its working, so i hope in the long run we can finally have a nights sleep!!! Also my boobs have been crazy lumpy and full at night so hopefully they start to regulate so last night instead of popping the dummy in her mouth when she started to wake, i had to give her boob!!

Other than that, my baby is growing everyday she gets smarter and she is trying to crawl right now!! I just can't believe how fast it is all going!! she is going to be 7 months soon and I really don't know where the time has gone, it really does feel like the other day I met her dad!!! or the other day i was raving it up in Ibiza!! its crazy how much my life has changed and I am so excited to carry on seeing her develop into a little lady even if she doesn't let me sleep and even if her attitude can be just like her dads!!!
