Dirty nappies and 6inch heels?

So Milena has been to more places than most in her 5 months of life. I have taken her everywhere with me! From birthday dinners, cute lunch spots and afternoon teas. I can't lie it has been hard.

I just had a flashback of being at the Sky Gardens, Milena was like 4 months and she was having a post feed tantrum and some disgusting old men were putting me off feeding her because they would not stop watching me try to feed her. So i was getting stressed and flustered (oh so you sweat more after having a baby, these hormones, oh and your baby is like 40 degrees, oh and the heating is on, oh and im trying to look cute in a blazer but i'm dying) lol anyways... I had to literally turn my back to them and settle her. People really do forget that once upon a time they were babies and that breast feeding is natural.

My point is it hasnt been easy to try to maintain some sort of social life and have a baby. Most of my friends would tag me as a "superwoman" because i try to do everything, I will try to have everything perfect and you will never hear me complain no matter how bad things get! and that has been my approach to these situations. Looking cute with full breast pads (yes you leak even at the thought of your baby or if you hear them so much as move) Trying to wear heels after 9months, and pushing a buggy!!! i fell a few times lol!!! it is just crazy everything that you have to go through as a mother!! Can i add that in order to go out I have to start getting ready 3 hours before i have to leave if I want to achieve more than a top knot and a baggy t and jeans look!!! yes you need to pack your babies bag, get them in the bath, feed them, play with them, entertain them and put them to

nap before you can even think of start getting ready yourself if not the flustering and stress will start again and we all know where that leads....you do not want to sweat off that makeup and puff out your edges before even leaving the house.

in conclusion being fabulous has become very hard, but if Britney survived 2007, i can survive this :)
